Using the service
You may use Convert and Store only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the files, content, data, and requests submitted through your account or API keys.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, share links, and connected billing methods. You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details reasonably current.
Acceptable use
You may not use Convert and Store to upload, convert, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or harmful to the platform or other users. This includes malware, credential theft, unauthorized copyrighted material, exploit files, or attempts to bypass platform security or service limits.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of rate-limited systems beyond permitted use
- No unauthorized access to another person's account, files, or share links
- No use that interferes with platform stability, conversion infrastructure, or security tooling
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges consistent with the plan you selected, including applicable taxes where required. Plan changes, cancellations, proration behavior, and renewal timing follow the billing flow presented at checkout and in your subscription area.
If payment fails or a subscription becomes delinquent, we may limit or suspend paid features until billing is resolved.
Storage, conversions, and service limits
Plan limits may apply to conversions, storage, API requests, and related usage. We may update technical limits, file-size caps, supported formats, or infrastructure dependencies over time as part of operating and improving the platform.
Ownership and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the content you upload or process. Convert and Store does not claim ownership of your files. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, convert, secure, and transmit your files solely to provide the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or respond to safety, billing, or security issues. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the product or by contacting us.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete format compatibility, or error-free results in every case. Tool support may vary depending on server capabilities, installed libraries, binary availability, file integrity, and the nature of the source content.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Convert and Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
