Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate Convert and Store, including account details such as your name, email address, encrypted password credentials, subscription status, API keys, and service preferences. We also collect file metadata needed to process uploads safely, including file names, MIME types, sizes, timestamps, storage usage, and share-link states.
When you contact us, report abuse, request support, or submit billing questions, we store the information you provide so we can respond, document the request, and maintain a service history. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers as full card numbers.

File handling and storage
Files are processed to provide the services you request. Converted files may be stored in your account when you choose to keep them. Public shares remain under your control unless they are disabled, expire, or are removed for policy, legal, or safety reasons. We may retain limited operational records after deletion when reasonably required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, auditing, backups, or dispute handling.
Cookies and similar technologies

Sharing with service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, payment processing, and communications tools. Those providers may process information only as needed to perform their services for Convert and Store.

No service can promise absolute security, so you should also protect your password, devices, and any public share links you create.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups or operational records. Retention periods may vary by file state, billing status, legal obligations, security events, or abuse investigations.
Your choices

Children's privacy
Convert and Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that would require parental consent under applicable law.
