How to send a notice
Please send copyright notices to convertandstore@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. Include enough detail for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and the rights you claim have been violated.
Your notice should include
- Your full legal name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL or share link where the material appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
After review, we may remove or disable access to the reported material, request more information, or decline the report if it is incomplete or unsupported. We may also notify the affected account holder when required or appropriate.
Repeat infringement and abuse
We may suspend accounts, disable public sharing, or terminate access for repeat infringement or abusive use of the reporting process.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may contact us with a detailed counter-notice. We may request identifying information and supporting context before reviewing the request.
Good-faith reporting only
Please do not send knowingly false, misleading, or abusive notices. Misrepresentations may expose the sender to liability.
